בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה׳ אֱלֹקֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁהַכֹּל נִהְיָה בִּדְבָרוֹ

Baruch atah Hashem, Elokeinu melech ha'olam, shehakol nihyeh bidvaro.
Blessed are You, Hashem our God, King of the universe, by whose word all things came to be.

Foods and drinks that do not grow directly from the ground, and fruit juices (other than wine and grape juice), get Shehakol.

Fruit juice gets Shehakol, except grape juice (Hagafen).

After eating: Borei Nefashot, after eating a kezayit or drinking a revi'it.

This follows the common ruling of most poskim. For different customs or a specific question, ask a rabbi.
